Pilot privacy notice
Last updated July 27, 2026
FixKnights is developing a local home-service call-routing pilot. This notice describes the limited information used by the pilot. Public launch remains subject to final legal and policy review.
Information used
- Callers provide a five-digit service ZIP. The pilot does not require precise GPS location.
- Routing systems retain limited call status and provider metadata needed to operate, prevent replay, investigate problems, and measure the pilot.
- Contractor records may include company contact, service-area, license, consent, claim, and routing facts.
- The pilot is designed not to record or transcribe call audio.
How information is used
Information is used to route requested service calls, verify participating contractors, maintain consent and suppression controls, protect the service, handle support and privacy requests, and evaluate the pilot. FixKnights does not sell personal or sensitive data.
Retention and choices
Operational metadata is subject to documented retention controls and evidence holds. Suppression, legal, security, and audit records may need to be retained after other information is deleted so that an opted-out number is not contacted again and required events remain accountable.
You may request access, correction, or deletion. FixKnights verifies identity before disclosing or changing information. A request does not guarantee that every record can legally or safely be removed.
